Our approach

Visit to the damage site

After your notification, we visit the damage site to explain the repair process, our methods, and the expected outcome — also communicating this to your client if needed.

Calculating the fee for damage assessment

If you are not yet a client, we charge an inspection fee, which will be discussed with you in advance.

Step 3

As the client, you will receive a visit notification, a report, and a cost estimate. We will then ask for your approval before proceeding with any further actions.

Step 4
Follow-up appointment to carry out the repair

In consultation, we schedule a repair appointment. After the work is completed, the client gives approval — ensuring satisfaction for both parties.
